Ⅰ Sterilization Principle |
• The sterilizer uses saturated steam to kill bacteria with high temperature humidity for articles. The principle is that when the steam condenses it can release plenty of potential heat energy to make the sterilized objects in a state of high temperature and humidity for a certain time, then the bacteria and gemmae in articles are destroyed and the aim of sterilization is achieved.
• Pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilizer has some advantages of strong steam penetration, quick heating, little damnification for fabric and rubbers and releasing remain air for sterilization throughout. It is used in hospital, pharmacy trade scientific research institutes to sterilize instruments, vessels dressing, drugs and culture medium. |

Design Principle |
The whole design and manufacture of this sterilizer are carried out according to GB150 《 Steel Pressure Vessel 》 and 《 Safety Technology Supervision Regulations of Pressure Vessels 》 issued by Sate Quality Technology Supervision Bureau. The main body of this sterilizer is made of stainless steel with monolayer structure and a micro-active spring safety valve is fixed on the top of the sterilizer. When pressure is over than Max. tolerance pressure the safety valve can automatically open to release over-pressure steam and pressure drops to normal value the valve can automatically close. So this structure is reliable and ensures safe. The performance of the sterilizer accord with Requirements of GMP. When the pressure in chamber is over atmospheric pressure the safety interlocked device can automatically lock door. It has functions of pre-vacuum, automatic pressure controlling and vacuum drying. |
